Shipping

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport.
Shipping is carried out via trusted courier services, and a tracking code will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Damages in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Provide photos of the packaging and damaged artwork, along with your order number and proof of delivery.
We will review the case and, if confirmed damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement of your choice (with an available painting).

Cancellations & Exchanges

Due to the unique and exclusive nature of artworks, they must be handled with care.
If you don't want the product or if it's different from what you ordered, you have 30 calendar days to return it from the date of receipt. It must be free from signs of misuse and in the same condition as you received it.

🌎 International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
